Scope
This policy applies to fees paid directly to Semicon Education Private Limited for ISEI programmes, workshops and courses. Programmes run through a partner university or a company are governed by the terms of that agreement where they differ.
Cancellation by you
- 7 or more days before the batch start date: full refund of fees paid, less payment gateway charges.
- Less than 7 days before the start date: refund of 75% of fees paid.
- Within the first 7 days after the batch starts: refund of 50% of fees paid, provided you have attended no more than 25% of sessions held.
- After 7 days from the start date: no refund.
Registration or application fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable.
Batch transfer
Instead of cancelling, you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch of the same programme, at no extra cost, up to 7 days after your batch starts, subject to seat availability.
Cancellation by ISEI
If we cancel or postpone a programme by more than 30 days, you may choose a transfer to another batch or programme, or a full refund of all fees paid, including registration fees.
Non-refundable cases
- Removal from a programme due to proven misconduct.
- Failure to attend sessions or complete assessments.
- Third-party fees paid on your behalf, such as exam, certification or tool licence fees, once paid to the provider.
How to request a refund
Email Indiasemiconedu@gmail.com from your registered email address with your name, programme, batch and payment reference. We confirm receipt within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to credit it.
Service delivery
ISEI provides education and training services delivered in person at our office or partner campuses, or online. No physical goods are shipped. Access details, schedules and study materials are shared by email or through our learning platform after enrolment is confirmed.
